toxic field work culture, during my working in field i noticed that MD openly talks to manager that "divide team and rule". MD's language is toxic and abusive which frightened me and made me to think. such behaviour to toxic culture, highest attrition, poor sales. jo mehnat karke company ko grow Karna chahte the unko company ne nickal Diya politics ke chalte. mene thode samay kaam kiya par samajh me aaya ki 30-40 seal me company Kyo grow nahi hui. respect is zero. complete distrust on team. bahut jyada arrogance hai, jab ki sales wale viprit sthityo me company ke liye sales late hai. isliye agar aap crisis me ho to kuch samay ke like join kar sakte ho par career nahi ban sakta, simple si baat hai 30-40 seal me nahi hua to ab kya hoga. insecurity.

I like somatico pharmacal company It's very hopefull and wonderful company.

But I don't like some rules. If pharmacist doing hard work for our job and our carrier but not support from company's manager when he has broken he didn't doing anything. Last always support medical representative. Please support him then he'll be doing anything for our company and future. Thank you

I was doing every type of work related to Accounts because it was a small company with limited team, so there is no work balancing. You have to do from filing to finalization. I got chance to learn some new things in work for e.g Tally software, new softwares related to taxation etc

Dislikes

It was very worst experience of working in this company in my life. There is no job security of work. Anytime they tell you to resign/leave the job. Please think two more times before joining this company.
