Somany ceramic​ is world largest and biggest tiles manufacturing company. Somany ceramic team members have a good works with best relationship . Training sesion is very best .Ex. Inter & external workshop, iso ,5s ,best performance.also career growth is best.

Company have no HR policy. Manager have No idea about market and no connection with dealers. Same way dealers have no respect over seniors. Dealers talk fun about our managers and above people. Full of politics over than sales. State head have no vision for feature.
