Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the Night.

Teammate aren't helpful to to over loaded work, there are no training facilities, hire candidate through contract, no job, no carrier security. Overall in the company everyone is treated as use and throw basis. In short it's too bitter experience to work such company.

Dislikes

Salary is a big issue in the company everyone never got no increments in whole life. It is like a political speech we give all the countrymen overall development, but it's a speech and always remains a speech never got reality.

Only salary and expense at correct time.

Dislikes

Company have no HR policy. Manager have No idea about market and no connection with dealers. Same way dealers have no respect over seniors. Dealers talk fun about our managers and above people. Full of politics over than sales. State head have no vision for feature.
