...y gives proper training and time to prove oneself, which is very much important to get career growth simultaneously salary and appraisal ,we are doing innovations regularly within a year or two, little politics as usual which prevalent in every company I believe, after all a good working environment that makes work- life balance.

work environment is very good but one should be regular disciplined in their work.Somany gives time to improve oneself with proper training learning. Result oriented , disciplined and hard working persons should not worried about job security, anyway job security is better here .

Only salary and expense at correct time.

Dislikes

Company have no HR policy. Manager have No idea about market and no connection with dealers. Same way dealers have no respect over seniors. Dealers talk fun about our managers and above people. Full of politics over than sales. State head have no vision for feature.

1)Super Policy on variable pay for Non sales employees where what they commit on paper, actually get paid and top of that employee not need to wait for full year and then come to know reality, here you will get quarterly payout 2) You get enough freedom to take informed decision 3)Company offer Car to Emoloyees at very low prices

1) More training to employees specially in emerging area like AI and other available tools.

Pathetic company Creepy Bosses 6 day working No work from home 9 hours shift Delay in salary (sometimes) No learning Corrupt employee (including bosses. I saw this first time in pvt sector) No process/ structure Too much Micro management Too much internal politics 😕 Everything is shity in this company
