Soma specialities is the first company that I joined after my graduation. So I learnt a lot many new things. Being an executive, I learned to be responsible. The workplace was warm except sometimes when it becomes difficult to breathe. The training and guidance provided to me being a fresher was really good. But the growth in career is something that I won't seek there as it's not a big organization. So overall I liked to work there.

Dislikes

Soma specialities lacks teamwork as everyone holds grudges towards each other. Harsh reactions from boss makes it difficult for a fresher to even stay longer in the organization. Career growth is hardly possible.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
