The company atmosphere is nice, You get free food ( lunch/ dinner) Salary will come on time 7th of every month

They do not have any work ethics with employees, the hr team does not meet the recruitment targets so they will simply hire any one and every one easily after that they will simply fire the employees overnight without notice period and salary, if any one refuses the finger print access will be blocked and they will say you took leave and terminate you. after many years of working if you get a good job outside and if you put your papers even after serving notice period they will not relive you they will ask get some one for the company if you dont get you will be stuck in this company missing your offer. The Md is a fussy guy he scolds all employees , he never gets satisfied what job we have done he finds faults and will fire them without giving salary for worked days.

...nth and 10 days for a year. Cannot take 2 days off in a month, it will be LOP. PF has to be paid fully by the employees- no employer contribution even if pay is less than 16k. No proper incentive scheme- keep changing rules so nobody gets anything. They say weekends are holidays but if anyone for any reason does not turn up to work on Saturday they will be fired. No policy for termination also. No warnings (both verbal and written) will be given and no papers also. The only advantage is you will learn a lot because you will be given lots of work. So in a nutshell, no job security; no career growth, no appraisal; no travel; lots of politics; no innovation; no work-life balance.

Hr were really rude on paper period and didn't respond well to the paper period . On the help of my manager i got reliving letter . no proper incentives provided .

Rule book differs from person to person and case to case, Lack of trust, Family politics, Random termination, Everyone is the boss right from security to admin to accounts to the managers
