Worst company to work . Managers don't know how to talk irrespective of gender. They can abuse you, use bad language, no fixed time to start day or end day. Work can go from starting a concall with manager at 7.40 to night 11.30-12 also. Company doesn't care how their employees are treated. No proper policies and implementation for anything wrong happening. Also the type of work it is, it consumes most of ur time , mental peace.

Plan Labs is paying a handsome salary and Work life balance is good in comparison to other Fintech org.

Dislikes

It's is a Sleeping poison. Management is not good. No career growth. No recognition, no job security. Company can terminate you any point of time with giving you any prior notice.

Here odisha Mr Nabi Khan Always doing partiality between employee, if as a employee I was done 10 no pos activation with aggregator no, but other way another employee doing 8 no pos Lrd case then this case Nabi khan always appreciate this lrd case employee and always humiliated this genuine employee. I specialy request to Anu metheu mam kindly take Nesscery action against Mr Nabi khan. Otherwise many employee has leave this organization due to Mr Nabi khan
