Work-life balance seems like a myth, with some employees overloaded and others underutilized. Management claims transparency and flat hierarchy but often ignores employee concerns. Favoritism is evident. The company, once unique, now feels like a typical corporate environment.

Solvative encourages us to think outside the box. it's a cool place to work if you enjoy tackling challenging problems with creative solutions.

Dislikes

Comfort Zone Tendency: while there's a certain comfort in familiarity, there's a risk of getting too comfortable at times. which is both good and challenging. While it allows us to settle in, it can also become a bit of a hindrance and pushing boundaries. While not a dislike for Solvative as an entity, it's a personal acknowledgment that a balance between comfort and the drive for innovation requires self-awareness and initiative.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
