Pay scale is good Platform to learn Potential is very high but unfortunately due some of the upper level employees it's getting difficult for executive level employees

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible The upper level managers are not good. They won't support you until it's about them. You might have to work 12 or more hours. No team work. They don't value for lower level employees.

Here salary and other benefits are excellent,You get your salary perfect time which is scheduled and appraisal will begin every year,

Work culture is worst,Higher management was not able to solve any problem so that ground label employees are facing many problems in market,

There is nothing to like just they prove salary in time but don't expect any bonus thou it also depends on manager.

Guys if you are thinking to join solv please think twice because there work environment is very less they don't have the time limit of work and they don't even know how to manage employee relations my manager mentally tortured me with his behaviour and work and I have seen other employees who recently joined that company and left with in a month.

Work from home, hybrid but rarely gone office in 2 months, awesome culture, open door policy you can approach even the CEO and very friendly people and learning is very good, in past 2 months I have learned more than my B.Tech

1st.Attandance issue. 2nd, apna pocket se paise Dena hota he order k liye. 3rd, jab registration karoge to last month ka salary Nehi dega.. 4th, Sunday k din pe bhi kam karna parta he khabi khabi , 5th, Job security bhi Nehi he ,, overall experience is very very very bad ..
