Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time.
I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?
Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this?
