...of job! If you work here i can say this is negative experience in your career! even they ll not give salary as per they talk! Expecting more targets in sales its impossible to reach in the worst products or else they ll deduct from salary! This is for the departments. I recommend for job seekers don't go here ! even don't attend the interview too! It's waste of time ! it's my real life experience & my suggestion for others !

There are a lot of communication gaps. Managers are not considered about the mental wellness of the peers. you are not equipped with essential sources to work.

There is language difference in employee, If you belong to same language then you will get praised you get knowledge also they explained, but if from different language talking person then side line you, you will be appreciated for anything you do.

I really good working culture and gain new skill. Don't get any workloads. Overall good company to work.

Appraisal is not good, wheather you are a good performer or not, no matter. You will not get the good appraisal.

Amazing learning opportunities, highly encouraging and supportive managers and leads. Hands on learning experience with Full Vehicle Assemblies. The coffee is amazing.

I spend close to 4 hours travelling to and fro.
