The is the most unethical and unethical company to work with. Only likes Salary on time. That's all No work life balance, employer can fire you at any time, no holiday, no leave, everything is ok from outside, but inside people are living in hell. One need to work on Sunday too.

Dislikes

Things that I dislike in this company 1. No job security. I have seen, people got fired citing the reason of non performence. But, in reality top management fire one, to cover up their unrealistic expectations in sales number. 2. TA-DA got delayed for 2-3 months is usual. 3. There is not any single holiday. Its only on paper, but when holiday comes they will declare this as mega delivery day. Even if your dealership is closed, you cannot leave the field on holiday. 4. Unrealistic expectations: This company consider itself as an MNC, so they think people will simply buy their products. Seniors don't have any concrete strategy for business expansion 6. Your interaction with HR is only last till onboarding, after that they never care for employees's life 7. At to many place one need to punch attendence. One need to share live location on whatsapp every day. Realtime with real location punching in app for attendence. Again in my solis app with location deployment punching 8. Medical insurance amount will be deducted, but they will not provide you medical insurance card

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I like a most regarding company policies and all uper management in favour of employees and work atmosphere is preety cool.

In my views there is nothing to dislike work environment and policies in favour of employees.
