Management is not aware of the Skillset and competency of team members No skip level conversations Managers are taking credits of team performance Poor culture No rewards, recognition and appreciation from managers and management Training and development is poor Roles and responsibilities are not properly defined. Career path is not taken care of Money minded, not trustworthy and management is not keeping the promise Poor work environment and micro management Poor employee benefits which doesn't meet basic requirements No sales, marketing, HR etc.. in this organization Comparatively SME is not meeting the basic level with respect to other engineering service providers Diversity is strictly not allowed Less onsite opportunities

It's like mental harrasment to work in this company, management is not co-operative with the employee. They are money oriented person and not taking care of employee. No appraisal.
