Work Satisfaction is good as you don't have to do anything in GL.Extra circular activities are given preference than work.

Compensation is decent.Growth is very slow and it depends on blessings of SDL.Manager don't have any knowledge on the process. No appreciation emails.Your work will be in noticed

...sed learnings. It was quite good in job security that too depends upon our work. A company doesnt invest on an unworthy employee and doesnt pay for their lazyness. There is a good management with good nature. And everyone respects the company policies and procedures.

Dislikes

Yes. I saw a differentiation between younger peope who work hard with their young blood, so that the seniors who were experienced for more than 10 to 15 years cant cope up with the youngers ones and once in a while judged by the work which differs in thier productivity.. Should have a better procedure in reviewing their productivity.

I am very happy to stay at Solenis for long term compare to previous organisation because of encouragement of leadership to provide the feedback and support to learning and development of skills

Leadership of AP & AR not good after COVID, not happy to support from AP and AR leadership.
