Bad environment and manager also first deduct salary and rude behavior. So much stress and pressure he told me no target after joined strange pressure completed target if not done out from job

The company is quite good, no pressure as such. Good Incentives. Early morning shift so that work and personal life can be balanced. Management is cooperative.

Target based Job. Deductions on not achieving but not much. Over all its a good company.

Likes

The work is quite good. No work pressure at all. I had joined as Telecalling executive and been promoted thrice and left as an Team Manager. Though the benefits like Cab and Food is no more provided after pandemic. But we do get allowance for the same.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the work and culture.

Likes

There is a great amount of learning and development for one. We as an employee tend to learn something new everyday. There is work life balance. It is an amazing experience here.
