salary hike ratio is very low. Same hike for increment with promotion and without promotion there is no use for work hard and loyal. They can kick you out if they don't need you.

...ion or pay. There is full of politics from the bottom level to the higher level. Salary will credit on the 1st day of the month. Hike from the organization is min 200 to max 1000 per year. Saturday and Sunday off are there. The safest place for a woman to work.

Best place to start your career, although company has been there for over a decade work and ethics feels like a startup. You can work on anything from design, frontend, backend and deployment. Little hard-work can turn you into a lead in no time. Job security at it's finest, they'll not let you go unless you want to.
