Best place to start your career, although company has been there for over a decade work and ethics feels like a startup. You can work on anything from design, frontend, backend and deployment. Little hard-work can turn you into a lead in no time. Job security at it's finest, they'll not let you go unless you want to.

...f you submit offer letter from another company (On manager's recommendation). Take home will be way less than other companies providing same package. Best if you are in and around Madurai.

Appraisal is the first concern which never be provided to the level. Team is excellent except the lead. No travels can be expected, awards rewards fun parts are totally missing in this organisation which when improved can make this a best place to work and enjoy life as this company has a branch in Madurai. Best place to start the carrier but not good to continue in there more than 3 years without these standards. Carrier growth can be seen if one is interested in job and innovative.

No employee satisfaction Management doesn't care whether u leave or stay, no appreciation for ur work, they don't care what you want, they only do what they want They'll blame your performance for ur salary, when in truth, they just don't want to give good salaries. No hikes or appraisals can be expected

salary hike ratio is very low. Same hike for increment with promotion and without promotion there is no use for work hard and loyal. They can kick you out if they don't need you.
