Very worst company. Hike is very low. Business Analyst role is very poorly managed in this company. No salary hike even after five years of experience.

Ideal for freshers to begin their career after completing their Bachelor's degree. Solartis is a small company focusing on the InsurTech domain. They have an Insurance Policy Administration platform and provide insurance solutions to US based Insurance companies.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have a good work culture. Annual increments/hikes have been delayed in the previous years. People are getting too comfortable and use their native language to communicate primarily.
