Salary and a very nice office. Flexible work hours are very convenient particularly for India office since most meetings are organized in CET (Central European Time) in the afternoon i.e. all meetings are finished by 5 PM India Time. If you like working remotely and don't mind meeting office people at all in person this could be a nice gig. Like any medium stage SaaS business there are ups and downs in business direction, funding, job security e.t.c.

Dislikes

Culture could be improved. Although it's promoted as being friendly and independent the depth varies a lot. Working remotely without any physical interaction is not for everyone since the hybrid policy is flexible and not everyone shows up (i.e. not enforced). It can leave some people feeling isolated and disconnected no matter how great the culture is.
