The current salary structure seems to lack alignment with market trends. There appears to be a significant disparity, where supervisors receive a comparatively higher salary than executives or senior executives, even when the latter possess greater experience. Adjusting compensation to reflect experience and industry standards would better support equitable growth within the organization. Management very much differentiate between employees.

NO life balance, (3-Shift's) NO Working Culture. ZERO LIFE SAFETY, 5S Only on paper. EVERY YEAR 20+ people died in the production plant. NO Educational Growth. Canteen food not good. Cast Discrimination.

It is good to work in Solar Group Economic Explosives Ltd due to job security and working friendly environment.

According to the growth of company, the emplyees salary is very low, and also the basic facilities like medical inaurance not being provided by the company, less leaves, lack of accountibilities in promotion, all these should be improved.
