While working with SECI I learned lot of things which enhances my skills and give me more confidence in solar execution field .

Not clear about the HR policies of SECI and also management not able to define properly due which we suffer a lot.

Average age of employees is low in late twenties and this gives a very healthy impetus in energy, learning affinity and ability. The field is comparatively new and thus gives a wide opportunity to scale up their business in a helpful environment if created by govt spending. The company enjoys very good support from its administrative ministry which makes working easier for the company, beside the fact that it faces no competition at present. However, the company needs to eliminate it's internal squabbles and needs to forge a strong bond within to make a strong impression in national and international arena.

It's sincerity , dynamism and opportunity to work in field which is still to a great extent unexplored for the benefits it can offer to the civilised society , country and the universe..

It's being a govt company , has been born with many shackles which sometimes creates hindrances to its projected trajectory.
