The work culture should be more effective as per the current scenario. The HR system and policy should be updated and implemented as per the current industry standard, salary structure should be revised as per the qualifications and experience and competency level of the state level managers should be higher.

Jharkhand state livelihood promotion society implementing widespread poverty eradication projects and improving lives of marginalized communities specially for tribals in which strong grassroot presence play pivotal role in overall development.

Salary and other benefits etc is below average for block/ district managerial level position which demoralises the employee.

Working in the society which is directly allied with Government always provide a great learning experience irrespective of its pros and cons. Starting with Job security if a person is putting efforts in meeting the demand of the team leader than his job in the organisation is fixed means kind of hire to retire. Adding to this the work culture various a lot from block level to state level. Further more the companies policy is same for all the staff working in the organisation. At last, this organisation is good for learning perspective from the grass root level.

The only thing that a person dislike is the salary disparity and salary increment.

... good and there is job security. The only need is to focus on your performance . Salary is not good for entry level position but good for higher level position.

Salary is not decent and increment is not given from last three year. It is under process of revision.

Job security, Holidays and leave benefits, timely salary disbursement,flexible working environment.

Salary growth rate is minimal as per inflation .Huge Workload and must participate in District administration program also .Poor work appraisal system and low increase as per industry.
