Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work pressure is dependent on project. They do not value about compensation. Do not receive any appreciation even on best work. And they do not consider compensation and appretiated work on appraisal.

They are managing very well in this pandemic situation. The management are too good to handle all the employees issues regarding work from home. The HR team are doing greater job by taking all employees health information in the every morning. The manager and team leader is also very supportive.
