Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like at all.. Only good for freshers to learn and gain experience.

Dislikes

No job security at all. Director keep shouting and firing people without any reason.. no person and family life. Work 24/7 even on holidays you have to keep working and attending calls. All days work till late hours sometimes 10pm and after going home also have to keep working.

Worst experience with Director.There is no job security. He is only hiring person for 10/12 days and then fired them without reason. Never go for job in this company. Otherwise you will loose your present job also.
