Literally speaking the colleagues were friendly and collaborative in nature. Work from home in COVID pandemic. No salary cut in Covid pandemic. No firings in covid pandemic but on opposite they have hired more resources.

Dislikes

...lse assurance that you will be absorbed based on your performance within a year. But, that's it, no benefits, very less leaves, more work and less package and no company sponsored personal or skill development plan and even you will be left out from many benefits which company's onroll employees will be provided. The only good thing out of these all is, you will get to learn more by doing a lot of work. The approval and decision making process takes forever and it's slow.

The company has an amazing culture. The management there is excellent that listens to your issues and also helps you to grow by providing trainings.

The compensation was less according to the market standards otherwise everything was good there.

You enter as a coal and leave as a diamond. Freedom to work and stress on learning Company strongly believe employees as greatest asset. Yes, few notorious elements are working as boss in this company but environment is built in such a way that you can survive

Salary paid are too low I agree they trained us but after training we have stepped up in career and salary must compliment our position

1. Variable pay inconsistency due to company performance 2. No regular outing or party due to cost cutting 3. Promotions are very less due to less hierarchy 4. Yearly increments for new joiners are very less

...anagement, 1 thing I understood that SoftwareOne is not at all employee-centric. I would not recommend any employee to go to the management or even HR for any grievances other than any salary discrepancy. Why you ask? It's simply because the management is determined to hear the employee but will only listen to the team leader. They don't even try to be discreet about the bias, that's how unaccountable they are. Recently I learned from a colleague that a certain Senior Team Leader with the initials BS (see the irony) gathered data on female employees who had taken maternity leave in the last couple of years and were also working remotely. Allegedly, she terminated their employment, under the guise of "performance-related issues". What a waste of Designation and authority.
