Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Most pathetic company ever to work in my whole career of 10 years. At the time of hiring they promise you that they will be having 25 plus direct clients in their hands but in reality they have nothing above a they work with prime vendors which is very pathetic. They hire account manager & ask them to do recruiter work. They don't have single percent work ethics & there is no job security for hard working people. Management always sing their song in any scenario & they never provide you any official documents starting from joining to relieving. Everytime they give you false commitments under any scenarios.
