- A decent work life balance - Absolutely on time salary - One will get reasonable freedom and independence in working if one can prove his/her competence. - Environment/culture is pretty open and one doesn't encounter much restrictions. so things are pretty chill in that sense.

Dislikes

- As a dev you will get exposure to a variety of new techs and you'll learn a lot, but as a part of project management team you can expect minimal to zero exposure to what's new in the field. - Protocols need to be more defined and professionalism in projects execution needs to be enforced. generally projects are executed first and planned afterwards. - Although, not much of a problem but it would be better if the HR team tried to engage more with the employees and planned excursions atleast a year.

There is a lot of Politics with new members , Management does not aware about that.

It's been 4.5 years, I have been associated with this company. What I like the most is the Good Work environment and culture. Leave Policy/Appraisals are Good. There are weekly activities on Friday to give employees a break from the regular work schedule.

Dislikes

I'd like to share my perspective on the limited social activities like parties, outings, and travelling. I propose exploring ways to integrate more social events whether through occasional gatherings, team-building outings, or flexible travel options.
