Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Softsquare is a very friendliest environment especially for freshers it was the fantastic company. There are some peoples doing politics but most of them not. Softsquare helps people to improve their knowledge on Salesforce and Salesforce is the one of the trending technology now.

Dislikes

...ty and hard work. Only two roles lead and developers. HR policies are very poor. There is no benefit apart from PF, for salary slip/leave/WFH we need to request to the HR, if you have the very strong reasons then only it will be approved else you need to work on the big budget projects.Very poor infrastructure and facilities.
