Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Please do not work at this company,too much toxicity and politics not at all employee centric,I got fracture in my leg during office tym while stepping out of the cab and they didn't gave me claim or insurance moreover fired me during my resting tenure.

Nothing as I can give like to this as it's a worst company to work

Well the work culture is like your work never get appraisal and also the HR and other higher management never deal any escalated case in a correct manner so i never recommended this company to join.

The company has HR who are not knowledgeable or do not know the process. Promise consultants big things but when time comes to deliver they fail and won't take any accountability for their actions.
