My experience with Softobiz Technology has been quite disappointing. The company does not provide any appraisals, which severely impacts motivation and career growth. Additionally, employees can be terminated without any prior notice, creating a constant sense of job insecurity. Furthermore, the work-from-home policy is biased, allowing only senior employees to benefit from this flexibility. Overall, these practices contribute to a challenging and unstable work environment.
