Work culture is very nice even staffs are very supporting. They provided work from home in Covid. You can contact to higher authority easily and can discuss your thoughts. Company is near to metro as well.

Dislikes

Company policies is not up to mark and they need to work on their management. They are not providing training. They must start working on trending technologies and they need to adapt modern working style as well.

Good work and learn environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign.
