Growth is low, to much work, some time I have to work on weekends also. It's small scale company, they have very few clients, they paid very low and they paid in cash

The first Company is my experience that they understand the workers better and treat them well and help them develop new things to learn and give them the opportunity to become a good man, according to the timing,according to the need, a good guide.
