Nothing to like , every employee works in this organization just because he gets stuck here and wants to pass 3-6 months anyhow, nothing to learn or gain. Everyone must read my dislikes comment section.

And coming to salary part, there is no fixed date of salary, it totally depends on Lala's mood and I have seen 7 employees in my tenure who hasn't got their salaries. Lala irritates the employees by not paying them the salary, he holds it up to 2-3 months till the employee can tolerate and at the end a frustrated employee resigns without a pay, then Lala threats him that he will get him arrested and puts fake allegations on each employee after they leave. A worst Management. Do not join. This is all what happens with the employees at this Lala company .
