Lala irritates the employees by not paying them the salary, he holds it up to 2-3 months till the employee can tolerate and at the end a frustrated employee resigns without a pay, then Lala threats him that he will get him arrested and puts fake allegations on each employee after they leave. A worst Management. Do not join. This is all what happens with the employees at this Lala company .
