Nothing. Because it's been almost 2 years I haven't got any salary hike. And when we try to talk about appraisal the HR gives excuses that due to some work it has been postponed everytime.

...elieve that with my experience I should be earning more than 50K annually. I have a family, two small children, and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues.Salary is not upto date with the market and also career growth is hindered.Company has no fixed policies.Every month or two we get to see new policies and salary deductions.Salary is not fixed for earch month it varies alot.Talking about appraisals we get about 2.5% hike every year which is again deducted under some policies and some or the other reasons.The only way to increase salary is to resign.

Process are good in softenger, we will get Good support from Manager and HR team. Mainly salary will get on time.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as per the Current market standard and there is no Shift allowances etc.

Good things is that they have sent a employee confirmation after completing three months. Job security is there.

Dislikes

They dont pay any allowance for their employees , lot of cuttings in salary,suitable for freshers. No night allowance.no sick leave.
