The Organization is internationally known for provide good service.my experience as desktop support engg is very good all are the employees are very supportive. some policy is very good .i wish company growth more and more achieve his goals.

...avelling 56 km from home to office and office to home per month i spend Rs 6000.00/pm for travelling from home to office and i get 24000 /pm and half of the salary gone with House rent + Travelling =12000 how to survive. our team member my 2 colleagues are getting Traveling Allowances (Rs 5000-/pm) +Phone bills (Rs 1200-/pm) and they are working from different company but work is same and i am working also same but my company is different as IT Support Engg but we all are same team same work profile. so i request kindly consider about in this matter.

Nothing to like, just don't have much pressures from Softenger.

Softenger as their party company don't give Rewards, Bonus and Awards to employees. Employees working with clients are not motivated. Client and Softenger tells that the other one is responsible to provide the Awards/ Rewards. Their is not much of involvement of Softenger in daily working or other than webinars on POSH and other.

Good & understanding work culture. They value their employees. Frequent connects with employees & Transparent policies. Good Management.

Dislikes

Not a dislike but a point to improve is - Pay day should be earlier than 1st week of the month. It would be great if it is paid on last working day of the month.

...after going to client site they give only 1 day off that to any day within week. Another point is while joining company and during induction they will say like on statutory holiday you will get double pay plus comp off. But after going to client site. They say you to work according to client site saying you either get double pay or comp off. Those who are joining as a fresher it is totally like a jail. They will sign a bond with you and they regularly black mail you like you have pay debt amount. Those who are in bond no increment is given to them. At client site no KT is given they make you work without any designation like if you are fresher even though they assign senior level tasks. Project managers and Manager's are totally non-technical they don't know the work process, If you faced any difficulty they don't help they say work on your own. There is no shift allowance. They change your shift according to them without discussing with employee any day. No leaves are given to employees and no leave imbursement is given. They will black mail you like if you take leave we will mark as leave without pay. Think thousand times before joining this company. And coming to hr's they speak sweet before joining this company later you don't believe they behave totally rude. I will prefer to say be at home instead of joining this company even if you have need of job. Think thousand times.

Completely nothing here for like there policy very bad & there salary process very bad & they cross cut in your own salary never trust in this types of cheap level Softenger company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I'm very happy to exit this cheap company my leave encashment amount they not give arround 25000Rs never happy & I'm regretting to have worked on this cheap level company Hari Raman & Rubina Acharya & All Softenger HR Team shame on you.
