Poor working culture is not a holistic environment for growth, they don't respect you, the poor management easily blames you for their inefficiency, the management and managers do sloppy work, and they use unprofessional words to the employees and assume employees are like shit and the work timing are pathetic.

I really enjoyed the interview process, and the experience was great, all the interviewers are great and good knowledge on the technical part.

The appraisal cycle won't happen on a regular basis and when it happens only fake promises are given to push you to the next hike cycle. You can expect only dry promotion(Promotion without hike) when you carry for the long term. HR's rude and never responds to your request and you can not escalate as well as the company is small and the decisions are taken collectively.
