Dislikes

No more than 13 paid leaves, No seek leaves, No compensation how we an manage work life balance, basically ultimate goal of company to cut your salary any how Limited recognized festival holidays inconsistent work from home policies basic facilities are missing hire from another names like disk-layer boson etc. i wish that reviews like these had been available when i was joining this company, as they would have helped me be more informed and prepared. i suggest connecting with current employees on LinkedIn to gain real-time insights into the work culture and environment.

flexible timing Monday to Friday if you completed one year in company other wise alternate Saturday working

Dislikes

no proper management no bonus in whole year no variable salary not as per the market standards certificate collection, not ready to give back. if you want to leave before 1 and 1/2 year no work from home only gave at that time when they required. micromanagement is at every work

based on my personal experience, here are some observations about this company worst work life balance - work-from-home is available(half salary if you have any emergency and you wanted work from home plus use that 13 holidays which is big number for company) but seems more focused is on reducing office expenses than enhancing work life balance. plus that is only for support and for developers that differ as per individual. support shift rotates every 45 days can disrupt personal schedules and overtime is often expected without compensation. Employee Support - no internet or mobile reimbursement. despite employees using personal numbers for work and being added more than 15 number of work related groups in whats app. bonuses like (joining, variable, festive, year end) are not offered and annual leaves are only 13. they consider that off Saturdays are basically paid leaves then why the alternate Saturdays are working for freshers only. Privacy concern - The company created software to watch everyone screen and track every break even the washroom as well as the pantry break and gave name like grace time that means company doing benefaction on us by giving that grace time thank you ha. resource management - strict control over resources reflects the high level of micromanagement. refreshment are minimal and treated as a significant perks. growth - technology and practices remain outdated as core php is still used. The company follow old protocols with little focus on modernizing or expanding in new direction. HR policies - policies including work from home vary by individual and can change without any official notice and HR shared with us by verbally. maternity leave is seen in an area where company further cuts the cost by including in salary slip, reflecting a preference to save at every corner instead of inventing in employees well-being and growth My overall experience is very bad only working hours seems to priority over the supporting the people working with them. interestingly another company just below floor has labelled "best place to work in 2024" but my experience is totally opposite. this is totally my personal observation and reflect my personal experince

* HR said that company will give you 30% hike on salary increment but they are giving 12%. * for the office and work from home they will provide you 4th hand pc not laptop. * If buy mistake they will give you laptop they call you on office any time and snatch the laptop from you and give you their 4th hand pc. * In the office and work from home they will count every second of your work. * Not providing any employees benefit and perks. * There is more.
