I did not had a good experience working in the organization.

Dislikes

Strict Shift Timings, Micro-management they take count of every single minutes of break taken, They want employees to work continuously as robot without any movement at all, if any movement taken rather the sitting on the desk and working will be count as break taken, and they want us to complete the decided working hours daily elsedeductions from Salary will take place, No Work-Life Balance, No Promotions, Just frequently incoming new new polices for making employee's mental peace at worse. It was just like a mental harassment as instead of thinking or being productive at work, we need to concentrate on providing input to the keyboard/mouse every minute to avoid unnecessary break counts!!!...Read More

Dislikes

* HR said that company will give you 30% hike on salary increment but they are giving 12%. * for the office and work from home they will provide you 4th hand pc not laptop. * If buy mistake they will give you laptop they call you on office any time and snatch the laptop from you and give you their 4th hand pc. * In the office and work from home they will count every second of your work. * Not providing any employees benefit and perks. * There is more....Read More
