1) No SOP or definite goal set to work, 2) If you are who are fresher and you just know basics in digital marketing they expect you to work like a experienced candidate who knows A-Z in the field, no guidance will be provided , you need to watch youtube videos or go through blogs to learn yourself, 3) The timing is 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM that like 10 freaking hours, yes there is 1 and half hours break but there is no cafeteria or a recreational space, I think you can just run from office to porur bridge to feel the misery 4) lastly they want you to sign a bond for 2 year , like guys seriously ?

Work Life balance and The management is not that great. You will not find anything employee friendly there. They are not worried about work just you have to be there for 9:30mins and tracker should run for that time is the only tension they take.

Not a friendly atmosphere to work. Managers are here for micromanagement. Already work time is 9+ hours, but still your workload will make you to work for few more hour And only if you sign the bond you can work there. If bond period is completed either you have to leave, or if the manager provides option to continue your employment further, then you have to sign bond for additional years.
