There was nothing to be liked. Worst experience. Not recommended to any professional or fresher.

...r the job. There is no job security. No opportunities to grow in your career. Salary is not on time. They will deduct money from your salary. And will not return even after you are thrown out of the job. No appraisal. Instead they will hire new person for you. Lot of office politics No learning was there. Very pathetic work environment. They will force you to work on weekends and after office hours without pay. They won't give you any leave. Even Lunch has to be completd within 10 0r 15 minutes. Otherwise Project Manager will disgrace you in the group messages for taking so much time to eat.

...few days ago i was hospitalized and unable to join the company for over a month. The company gave my full salary and respect, and the CEO visited me in the hospital. In this day and age, companies earn a lot of respect if they take care to their employees. Also, Soft Prodigy provide workcation policy where you can work from anywhere if you are fed up go to mountains and work :).
