This company is good for freshers who want to learn because due to a lot of work pressure they will get to learn many things.

...Old technology is there. Experienced people please don't join this organisation. Salary is never on time. No deadlines are fixed for projects. Also there is no work life balance because they ask you to stay in the office till late no matter what.

Not proper pantry area for lunch not even have washroom. Totally worst management. THE WORST THING IS SALARY DELAYED ISSUE. COMPANY HAVING FUNDING ISSUE. REQUEST ALL OF YOU DON'T EVEN THINK TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Stole my gratuity Stole my 2 months pay Ate my P.F Ate my profit share No future references No experience letter, not even offer letter And worst, still banking on my creation.! Uneducated admin with no mannerism or ethics. No skill development or resources. Had to buy laptop from my own savings.! Only devils can work with devils.

Pathetic Management, not caring for employees, more work pressure, employees are resigning because of mgt only , staff shortage, they cancel our holiday last moment and tell to work. Pantry is very small, no entertainment, holidays, strict leave policy. No water in washroom. Please don't join this company if you don't want to feel insulted.

Good chance to get yourself dive in for learning coz you will be given the project as if you know everything about it. But you will have opportunity to learn things.

Management not upto the mark, average growth, tacky implementation.
