Mismanagement of resources by director level team. More interested in providing opportunities for relatives of directors and senior team. Dictatorship of old tech managers resulting in engineer having to please these managers to survive. Work overload and off day meetings and calls are a surety. No work life balance.

Soffit Infrastructures provides a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate in cyber security. Takes in Freshers and interns and trains them extensively. The staff and team members are extremely helpful and supportive. Even the manager is available 24*7 for any clarification or doubts clearance.

Dislikes

Since rotational shift and working from home there is no proper work life balance.

Soffit can be considered as an extended family, the amount of support your peers or even the managers provide is priceless. Packages might not be the best in the market but there is always space to grow, Soffit being a growing company provides exposure to new and advanced technologies. A great place for beginners to learn and grow. Happy to be part of a growing family called Soffit.
