no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.
