Salary is very poor . I've been working 2017 . There is no increments for employees from last two years and they are giving too much of less of seniors compare with New joiners.

...port from Regional Management is good. Happy to get a Good on site team to work. Employees salary gets credited on time. Management has never convinced with Statutory compliance. Ensures all statutory benefits like PF, ESI, PT, Bonus & Gratuity are paid on time.

Salary hike is based on contract rate revision / renewal.

The Culture, Environment, Organization Structure, Relations among colleagues,Boss,Subordinates are wonderful. Transparency, believing in team work, Team spirit, employee is taken care & heard properly his aspirations.
