Work environment was good compared to other companies and work satisfaction is their.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

In time salary . Time to time work, No work pressure in tough situation. If work not complete in time will get over time work based on company location.

Dislikes

Working shifts is very tough and not maintained proper way so employee will face health and mental problems.

Facilities and Benefits and company policies is good .

Salary is very poor . I've been working 2017 . There is no increments for employees from last two years and they are giving too much of less of seniors compare with New joiners.

No one is listening any employee problem they are come but not solved problem. Also HR manager and area manager not listen any problem and not promotion for organisation. The behaviour is very bad for employees

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

Dislikes

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.
