no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. No one is listening any employee problem they are come but not solved problem. Also HR manager and area manager not listen any problem and not promotion for organisation. The behaviour is very bad for employees

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.
