As i was working at jogeshwari they don't care about empoyee.and they don't look about promotion .they do promotion of unwducated people and Some client complain about us they Frustate us for 2 to 3 week .they don't Fight for employee

The thing which I liked while working in sodexo is that i was able to take day off when ever required

I liked working here but i had some difficulties. There was no increment of my salary for 2years. New joined was given more salary than other existing employees. I was a bit frustrated. New uniforms and shoes were not given on a regular basis. I was not given any overtime benefit. Working on govt holidays of no use!

Excellent. I am always thankful for my company that he given me opportunity to growth my knowledge and given better environment for doing work.thanks my all team members to support me .

About Very lazy to increase Salary and designation after compleat my GET. Not this time not conform me that what is my designation and what salary . Every month to take a time to me that is a Bigg problem is my company.

Everything is good but problem is that sodexo not giving us as a permanent employee and not giving proper salary increament to the experance person and every moment neglecting to senior experienced person...
