no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. Salary is very poor . I've been working 2017 . There is no increments for employees from last two years and they are giving too much of less of seniors compare with New joiners.
