Nothing to like about Sodexo in General. Toxic work culture and politics, hire and fire policy, Most of their accounts are unionised and the management has no power over the unions and one will be sandwiched between the union, the client and the management. The HUL account in Andheri is one such toxic accounts , the HR Gauri , the Account director Viral and the Guest Manager Saiprin are very manipulative, they will suppress you and showcase you with fake promises. Beware of this account . Unethical practices being followed here . No offer letter is being produced and yet the candidate is forced to come and spend time in the organisation as if the candidate has all the time on earth to waste it for free in their organisation. Potential candidates are even brainwashed and used like toilet papers

..., has toxic and manipulative work culture, You will be underpaid and overworked. They have high expectations for a peanut salary and no one will be reporting to you and you will end up doing the executives job as well. The union will threaten you on and off and you will be insulted by the ground team time and again for nothing, and management will just remain mum, cause they dont wanna loose the account . so might as well invest your time and energy with some other IFM company

Sodexo is the very good company by providing salary on time to Employees. Safety aspects , it is an excellent company to ensuring the adherence of safety. Company policies are guiding us to be roll model

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.
